Our e-Gift Voucher makes it easy to buy for a loved one when you can't decide which is best to gift.

The e-Gift Voucher expires 3 years from the date of activation.

It can be spent across multiple orders, it does not need to be used all at once. Any remaining balance remains valid until the expiry date of the e-Gift voucher.

After purchase, the recipient will receive the e-gift voucher in their email within 24 hours of purchase. The purchaser will be notified by a "Shipped" email notification from our system, once the e-gift voucher has been activated and emailed out to the recipient.

It is best to let the recipient know they will be receiving something. Otherwise, please check with them afterward as occasionally, emails might not be received or are ignored as they weren't expecting an email from our store.

Conditions of Use:

The onus is on the holder to use this e-gift voucher on or before the specified expiry date. After this period the e-gift voucher becomes void and cannot be used. The e-gift voucher expiry date can not be extended. 

This e-gift voucher can not be used to purchase another e-gift voucher.

e-Gift vouchers are sold with the understanding that they will not be replaced or exchanged. 

Shop of Toys takes no responsibility for the information entered by the purchaser, or for incorrect details such as email address, by the purchaser. No refunds are given except those required by law. 

No change is given.

This e-gift voucher cannot be transferred or sold without the prior written permission of Shop of Toys. 

Shop of Toys reserves the right to cancel any e-gift voucher, for any reason at any time without notice. In these circumstances, Shop of Toys may either provide a refund or a replacement e-gift voucher of equivalent value unless it reasonably suspects fraud in relation to an e-gift voucher.
